How is it that Magic Johnson is allowed on TV. He just said that the Celtics will have an edge because they "get more offensive rebounds."

They are by far the worst offensive rebounding team in the playoffs!
but the sixers are small.

The Celts are just pacing it. Probably part of their game plan. Rondo is just looking to pass. Again part of his plan. I am sure 2nd half will be an aggressive Rondo and Celts. They will leave the sixers behind. No looking back!

I hope they come out strong to start the 3rd quarter. Sixers knees could start to buckle if that happens.

We're shootin like garbage rite now nd still up lets continue da defense nd hope to get some shots to fall in da 2nd half
Gettin' to the line is keeping the Green in the game.  Need to stay aggressive in the next half.

"Pacing" has got to be part of this Celtics team plan, they routinely come out flat for first halves, then flip the switch and dominate on both ends in the second half, this happens every single game.

Bright side; PP looks like he has some legs on his jumper.  I think he'll go off in the 2nd half.

The sixers know they can win the game if they make it a dog fight, they are the younger, quicker dog. We are the dog on its last legs, they know if they want to win, thats their only chance.

Haha, wow, boy are we fortunate to be up by anything right now. Thank god for that shot from Pietrus. Still, I don't expect KG to keep missing those shots. I also expect Bass' jumper to start falling more often, and hopefully our offense is generally smoother than what it has been so far. Hopefully rondo's mid-range shot falls a few times, too, if he plans on taking it a bit more. Because they will potentially fear Rondo's penetration, hopefully something else opens up for us.
The misses are frustrating, but at least the right guys are taking the shots (KG, Pierce, Bass). Still, they need to find a way to get to the rim, and that will open up their mid range game.

Said it the other night and I'm saying it again: Pick up the pace and attack with the basketball, especially from the PG position, or we're in trouble.

Sixers are double teaming, triple teaming, and trapping our star players almost everytime they touch the ball, when we pass, guys cant hit open shots because we dont have very good shooters on this team outside of our stars...who are getting trapped.

Sixers are forcing us to get to the foul line, or let our non shooters beat us, and its working so far this series.

All good points.

I have a strong (uneasy) feeling that C's only win this game if PP puts the team on his back offensively and carries them.  Iggy is the only player for Philly who's really having an off night with his shot (so far)
