Looking at the schedule and looking at what they did to both of these past Western Conference series im worried about getting thrown into a back-to-back against Miami or Indiana in the next round. Maybe not if we close out tomorrow and Miami or Indiana close out Thursday. I certainly don't want a back-to-back against Indiana lol.

What was the reason the other teams had back to backs? Wasn't it because the previous series had gone 7?

That would be pretty stupid I'd think to do back to backs in any either conference finals or the finals (not that it wasn't for this past round either).

Can't they just alternate days for each conference?

All I know is that game 6 is wednesday night and this is all that matters right now. Let's not get ahead of ourselves just yet!

The west teams had back to backs due to the Lakers, Clippers and Kings all having games in the same time period.

There won't be back-to-backs in conference finals.

ECF will start on May 26th (if both series end in 6) or May 28th (if there is game 7).

Here is the link with the full schedule. http://espn.go.com/blog/boston/celtics/post/_/id/4693930/conference-finals-scenarios

Won't be.

BOS's only obstacles to Banner 18 are PHI and MIA/Indy.

We get out of the East, and the Spurs, while a formidable opponent, provide BOS with a better matchup series, thanks to OKC.

No Bynum/Gasol to be concerned about.

completely agree, but c's need ray to score at least 10 a game to get by spurs and have Bradley available to guard tony Parker .

The matchups are tremendous though

Rondo/Bradley vs Parker
Ray vs Manu
PP vs Jackson
Bass vs Diaw/Blair
KG vs Duncan

wow what a great finals that would be

Sure would.

We'd have to account for Kawhi Leonard, Danny Green, and Splitter too, but I think BOS could manage it well.
