Miami
Trades - Wade
Receives - Chandler, Shumpert, Novak (sign & trade), Lin (sign & trade)

New York
Trades - Chandler, Amare, Novak, Lin, Shumpert
Receives - Howard, Turkoglu, Redick

Orlando
Trades - Howard, Turkoglu, Redick
Receives - Wade, Amare

Not really sure Miami would believe it is getting enough for Wade, and I know it would never help New York get Dwight, but I actually think this trade makes a lot of sense for all three teams.

Orlando says no.

Amare's contract and injury history makes him un-tradable in most cases.

I think Miami says no.  Tough to give up a top 5 nba player arguably in his prime and get back an older and inferior talent back in Chandler.  I don't see how Lin fits with Lebron either.

Yeah, not enough value for Miami.

Jeremy Lin is too large a question mark and Shumpert still has a great deal to prove too. The only established commodity is Tyson Chandler and that is way too large a downgrade from Wade. Tyson and Bosh isn't the smoothest of fits either (along with chemistry concerns over the Lin-Shumpert-LeBron trio on the perimeter).

I think Miami takes a step back with that team. Good trade for Orlando and New York.

Tyson is exactly the type of center you want Bosh to play alongside.

NY is the only team that makes out in this trade.

It is bad for both Orlando and Miami.

First Idea

How about a sign and trade that sends Wade, picks and cap filler (Mike Miller, Udonis Haslem) to Brooklyn for Deron Williams + Brook Lopez?

That could be a good option for Brooklyn if Deron Williams is unwilling to re-sign there.

PG - Deron, Chalmers
SG - James Jones,
SF - LeBron, Battier
PF - Bosh
C  - Brook Lopez, J.Anthony

Second Idea

Trade Wade to Golden State for Steph Curry, Dorell Wright and their lottery pick in this year's draft (assuming it's a top seven pick).

PG - Steph Curry, Chalmers
SG - Dorell Wright, James Jones,
SF - LeBron, Battier, M.Miller
PF - Bosh, Haslem
C  - J.Anthony

Plus the pick, say a Jared Sullinger or a Harrison Barnes or Andre Drummond or a Bradley Beal.

Golden State would be left with a Dwyane Wade, Andrew Bogut and David Lee trio to build around. Also, Klay Thompson.

Third Idea

Wade for Lowry, Scola, Courtney Lee and a draft pick. Maybe another asset too.

PG - Lowry, Chalmers
SG - Courtney Lee, James Jones,
SF - LeBron, Battier
PF - Scola, Haslem
C  - Bosh, J.Anthony

Houston would need to follow this up with another trade that sends Kevin Martin to another team for a low level star at either forward position with Dragic taking over the PG duties for Houston. Or perhaps, just trade Kevin Martin for cap space and use Wade to recruit a major star via free agency. That would be a good strategy for Houston too.

Fourth Idea

Wade and cap filler (Miller, Haslem) for JJ and Josh Smith

PG - Chalmers, N.Cole
SG - Joe Johnson, James Jones,
SF - LeBron, Battier
PF - Josh Smith
C  - Bosh, J.Anthony

Atlanta

PG - Teague, Hinrich
SG - Wade
SF - Marvin and/or Mike Miller
PF - Haslem
C  - Horford

Fifth Idea

Wade and Battier for Conley, Gay and TA

PG - Conley, Chalmers
SG - Gay, TA
SF - LeBron, M.Miller
PF - Bosh, Haslem
C  - J.Anthony

or

PG - Conley, Chalmers
SG - TA or Mike Miller
SF - Gay
PF - LeBron, Haslem
C  - Bosh, J.Anthony

Not sure this has enough value for Miami. Lose a fair bit of top tier talent for balance. Although, Rudy Gay is a lot younger than Wade which I like.

As for Memphis - their new starting lineup

PG - OJ Mayo
SG - Wade
SF - Battier
PF - Z-Bo
C  - M.Gasol

Wade is more than gifted enough as a ball-handler and playmaker to live with OJ Mayo as a full-time lead guard. Wade gives them a top notch creator on the perimeter to go along with their interior threats.

Two high quality shooters on the perimeter with Mayo and Battier. A 25ppg threat in Wade, a 20+ threat in Z-Bo and two 15+ppg threats in Gasol and Mayo. Throw in a Darrel Arthur off the bench and rebuild the perimeter depth ... and you've got a nice Championship caliber team there.

Sixth Idea

Trade Wade for Paul George and Danny Granger -- Indiana would need to lose this series to consider this.

PG - Chalmers, N.Cole
SG - George, M.Miller, J.Jones
SF - Granger, Battier
PF - LeBron, Haslem
C  - Bosh, J.Anthony

Uptempo all the way.

Seventh Idea

Wade for Pau Gasol and Ramon Sessions

PG - Chalmers, Sessions
SG - J.Jones, M.Miller
SF - LeBron, Battier
PF - Bosh, Haslem
C  - Pau Gasol, J.Anthony

Lakers new lineup

PG - (nobody)
SG - Wade
SF - Kobe, Artest
PF - (nobody)
C  - A.Bynum

Maybe bring back Troy Murphy and have him space the floor for Bynum and the two wing creators. Or play small and start Artest at PF (I dislike that option). Worst case scenario, start Jordan Hill or Josh McRoberts there. Use the MLE to sign a PG (Delonte West!!!).

Tyson detracts from Bosh's offensive game. It's workable but it's not ideal.

Miami was the team I didn't think would do the trade, but I really believe that it would make them better.  They absolutely need an interior defender and James and Wade are fairly similar and redundant.  Lin and Shumpert when paired with Chalmers and Miller is a pretty solid 4 man guard rotation, and Novak adds some quality 3/4 depth to the bench.  Probably not enough value for Wade, but Wade is 30 and is injury prone, so they might actually do it and I think it would make them better by getting rid of some redundancy, plugging up some holes, and making it without a doubt Lebron's team (he has no one to defer to and thus can be the guy he has to be for Miami to win).

Negative spacing for Bosh's face up game + Bosh being reduced to a stand still shooter for Tyson's PnR game + Bosh being defended by quicker PFs rather than Centers.

I am confused by that statement as well.  Bosh has a great mid-range game and doesn't really hang out down low, where Tyson will be.  They actually seem like a pretty good fit on both ends of the floor.

Because they already got burned with a 20+ million dollar player in a trade for Arenas.

Not too mention that it is an extra 10 million (roughly) a year for a player that injury issue have been so bad that the contract is uninsured.

Arenas was done when they brought him in and that was as much about getting rid of Lewis as anything.  Amare is still performing at a fairly solid clip and he has been reasonably healthy.  His contract is big, no question, but he is a significantly better than Hedo and a gigantic upgrade over their current crop of PF's.
