(Not a caption) Is Bynum laughing again? Is it a nervous laugh or is he really a bigger fool than I thought?

Well, I wonder who Kobe will blame THIS time...Pau played better. Bynum did not play well, though...I wonder if that was due to lack of touches? He was in foul trouble, but still...

And Sessions? Statistically, he didn't play well, but when Kobester has the ball in his hands as much as he did, I wonder if any one else would do better in that situation?

KOBE! GIVE UP THAT ROCK, MAN! Let it go.....let it go...release it.....

you are CLOSE to Michael, but you are NOT HIM...let go of the rock, Kobe.......

Is it safe to say that Mike Brown was a bad hire?

Mmmm not really when considering they got swept in the 2nd round with phil jackson and a bettter roster last season

guess the C's will just have to taste Finals victory over the Spurs or OKC.  Won't taste as sweet as when Kobe is left crying on the bench after the final horn sounds  :)

He was the best option they had at the time.  Brown is a decent guy and nice man and a fair coach.
That said....

He is NOT the type of high profile championship winning coach the Fakers are used to.  So ultimately ...he was a bad hire. His tenure will be short lived .  The Laker fans are TOO impatient for somebody like Mike.

If there is not a drastic improvment in the first half of the season ...Mike might not last the whole year.

If  Howard doesn't get traded to the Lakers , then I could see SVG possibly taking over there .

The LAkers year will probally end next year with Brown fired and Pau or Bynum one or both traded. ..to gain other FA's and draft picks.

The Kobe era is in danger of slipping away no more banners. , unless
radical moves are made. Once he is gone La 's next move will be to get James (should Heat fail to get him rings)

Bynum: I CAN'T WAIT TO GO TO ORLANDO!

Hahaha my thoughts exactly. I cant wait til the media get a hold of a smiling Bynum after the buzzer of an elimination game.

Deep thoughts with Mike Brown: If I'm the one who farted, why does it smell so bad?

The Lakers era is not over. They can still be a Championship caliber team for a few more years. They just need to make some changes to their roster.

Starting with the Pau Gasol + Andrew Bynum problem who have struggled to operate together every year that they have been together. Then addressing their lack of quickness and athleticism on the perimeter which they have begun to address by bringing in Sessions. And having a big man who can make some jump-shots so Pau Gasol isn't forced into the floor-spacer role. Improve their depth.

It's a bird, it's a plane, no wait it's Dwight Howard in tights and a cape!

Wait he's turning around and headed the other way, I thought he was coming here. Ahhh shucks!

  • It's all about the TEAM!

Bynum: Give me some credit people. I'm making improvements. At least I didn't bust nobody in their ribs and I still have my jersey on this year!
