I don't think Stan deserved to get 86'd, however, Otis Smith could never figure out how to handle big time personalities. All of that crap that came out over the years in that organization is because he had no control. And to send away Turk only to move to get him back...not a very good job. and he would make unprofessional comments not only about his own players but about players on other teams.

I may sound crazy, but I would have shipped Howard this season or over this summer, and got someone else to build around or go after the #1 pick and some role players.
