No, kg didn't carry the team..he did provide very good defense and rebounding, so, if you are out there, you need to do something...ray didn't...and those other 2 games pp did nothing....you can play good D and change the game for the better....rebounding..shutting down the other team....but if you cannot score or defend...you should be sitting...!

3-12 from KG and 7 TOs... call me crazy but somehow I don't have the energy to criticize Ray much.

I do because as soon as he came on the floor in the first half, our 14 point lead disappeared to 6 or 8.... As soon as he came of the court, we went back up to a 15 point lead.

Second half, up by 18, Ray comes in plays the rest of the game we loose not only the lead but the game by nine in a 27 point turnaround!

Im not solely blaming Ray for the loss because thats certainly ridiculous. But he is clearly either injured to the point where he shouldnt be playing, or out to lunch because he is mad about going to the bench. Bass was playing an amazing game, why sit him for the whole 4th when we needed him to spread the floor for offense, and use him as a body to clog the middle when the 6ers front line was running circles around our small ball line up downlow... I love Doc, but last nights fourth quarter was terribly terribly coached.

Yep, I rather have ABradley with one arm than a Ray with no wheels out there.  It is pretty pathetic.

Avery has been significantly worse on offense, and no, his defense isn't making up for it.

Exactly.  KG had a bad offensive game but he did other things out there.  Ray is contributing nothing besides some decent rebounding.  That's it.

Actually, it is.  At least he is giving us something.  The Ray that is scoring 5 or less points in the last two games despite playing more than 30 mins is giving us more on offense?

Yes, he is... Because teams actually guard Ray Allen.

Avery Bradley couldn't hit a jumper if the goal was the Pacific.

Well, we still have md and sasha..why isn't sasha getting ANY tries out there......really....this guy has shown he can do a lot, layups, shooting, defense....this is bad coaching....doc had shown some growth before, but he is freezing and regressing when we need it most. AB would be good because the sixers cannot be allowed to get hyped...so ANY lockdown D is good, and one armed, he still slashes well, gets open underneath.....i think some teams still do not respect him..that is good for us..! dooling, sasha, marquis peitrus..ALL good subs for ailing stars...no need to play anyone that isn't doing it.....this is the playoffs...win or go home.

DOC GAVE SASHA MINUTES AGAINST ATLANTA AND HE WAS WORTHLESS.

My god, people. Enough with the Doc bashing. Enough with the Ray bashing.

Our options other than Ray are SCRUBS. Bradley is very young and also injured. STOP REACHING.

THis team will go down with the players who got them here, PERIOD. Stop bashing Doc for riding the players who are good enough to get the job done, despite struggling.

It would be BAD coaching to bench Ray Allen for a scrub like Sasha who is absolutely worthless. THAT is terrible coaching.

Last night we all played like absolute certifiable scrubs for the last 42 minutes and Philly played down to our low level until 6 minutes remaining in the third quarter.

Today it resets to zero zero and what we do from here on it is how we will be judged.

See you later, negativity.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

Ray Allen Is An Abosolute, Certified Scrub At This Point

That may not be the most basketball illiterate statement in the history of this blog....But it certainly ranks in in the top 10.

Among many other things...Garnett is getting the looks he's getting because he isn't getting double teamed.  They're respecting Allen whether he's hitting or not.  His defense is not bad.  Even if Daniels (he wouldn't be) or Sasha were hitting their shots, they wouldn't get the attention Allen does offensively or the calls that Allen gets.

Since when is sasha a scrub....? He did shut down joe johnson when he covered him in the Atlanta series, did you miss that..? Watching only where the ball goes...? You'll miss a lot that way. Think of it this way, basketball does not care what you did yesterday, unless you retire..... Ray and all will have off nights, doesn't mean they are no good...we can live with playing them all night during the regular season.....except when they are hurt..that is just dumb.....but doc let it happen anyway ( january of almost every year past ) but you saw that also.....Ray and pp...we could tell they were out of it last night, ray, and pp those 2 games before.....in the playoffs, you sart them, see how they are, no action, try the others, see who is hot, go with the hot. There is no.."they got us here" okay..talk that stuff in the off season, THIS game is ALL that matters, not yesterday. Also, as a player, you'll need to sit and think in the game to see what is going on, look at your man, the team...see what he is doing tonight..you have no time to process this on the floor.....sasha is no scrub, he is better than marquis also...and remember, when you are getting NOTHING from a guy, you don't stick with it..you have nothing to lose, to try someone else.

And go down with the guys that got them here....HEY, are we paying a COACH....ever play chess...? Ever coach....basketball is about deception, moves...why let the other coach go on the film he has on just 5-6 players......last year guys said AB was a scrub.....why, because he never played into form, watching his mistakes this year, you could see how he made some, then as doc left him in, he fixed them...same with all these guys.....all of them......sasha is an experienced vet, and to not accept that, well, your mind....after pp was injured, he flat out said he cannot move left-right....great tip for doug collins and iguodala..I would only release THAT if it weren't true...! Geesh...no more trying to get you past bball 101.....

Man oh man.

Listen to yourself, dude. Seriously.

"Sasha shut down Joe Johnson."

HE PLAYED A TOTAL OF 25 MINUTES IN 6 GAMES. And LOL at thinking it's hard to shut Joe Johnson down. He shuts himself down.

This is what kind of fan you are. You HAVE to find blame.. The guy on the bench is ALWAYS the better option.

SASHA PAVLOVIC IS NOT A GOOD BASKETBALL PLAYER.

IN NO UNIVERSE IS HE A BETTER OPTION THAN RAY, MYKAEL, OR AVERY. NO WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM.

The fact that actually think Sasha ******* Pavlovic can have a positive impact on this team just proves you HAVE to always have to have someone to blame.

"Oh, Doc should have played Sasha." REALLY? Are we trying to get swept, or are we trying to win a championship?

you must have missed that game....even still..everyone here knows ray did nothing during the game...as did pp on those 2 games...what is nothing...minus nothing.....hmmmm, okay, you have a while....so YES, you can pull the guy and put MD or sasha in..and get something more than nothing.

Nice generalization "joe j shuts himself down" come on....i know...your that guy who is wearing the white stirt..but will argue till the end that it is green...because you say so.....i don't need anyone to blame...but all things do not happen magically...they have an origin.....and actually, i am not much of a FAN at all...i am more of a very experienced player and coach....a fan knows nothing of the game....just what the announcers tell them to believe. While i do NOT know it all..I do know how a player can change the momentum, or stem it, in a short amount of time....and how one can ruin the teams game, by not bringing anything out there so others constantly have to try to make up for it. Maybe you play a lot, and didn't think from this perpective......

How did you lose 2 games to the SIXERS..don't blame sasha....you forgot to include md and pietrus...maybe to support your feelings better...and as i watch SAN ANTONIO...I see many guys who are NOT 33-36yrs old...contributing VERY well.....and also..guys who are 33-36 will not be able to keep playoing at this level in this type of year where the games are 2 nights apart all the time at TOP level....have you aver plaed league ball...playoffs....ever been 36 and played HIGH level comp......if you did, you might seee it differently.....honest.....
