Happy Bradley panned out

Well heres how I look at it how he effects the Celtics

Rondo is 26, not even close to his prime, and extremely expirienced.

Bradley is 21, and getting great expirience

Jeff Green is 25 years old, only played 4 seasons, and has no health concerns OTHER than the heart problem, which he should make a FULL recovery.

To be honest, having these 3 players as part of your core is a great thing.

Don't mention Stiemsa, he is nothing special besides a good backup Center.

Those 3 players are so unique and talented, there really is nobody even similar to Rondo, Bradley, or Jeff Green. Thats one fast 1,2,3.........scary fast

Bradley is more than panning out, as another post mentioned.

Does everyone realize that we have a potential All NBA Defensive team backcourt right now?  And Rondo is only 26?  Bradley is 21???

Couldn't be more excited about this team's future.  We get Jeff Green coming back next year.  I think people forget this guy's ability.  Legitimate 15-pt a game scorer, at 6'10", with 3-pt range, athleticism, and solid defense on wing players.  Then you have JJJ, much like AB last year, who we all think can be a reliable offensive threat off the bench at 6'10", with range and athleticism.  Etwaun is a nice backup PG with smooth offensive and (I think) 37%-40% 3-pt shooting ability.

Then we get 2 first-round draft picks in Danny's sweet spot: late first round.  We have the 20th and 21st picks this year.  Avery was pick #19.  It is perfectly possible that we get another player of his caliber at that spot in the draft, maybe even two.

THEN...cap space.

Jeff Green is OK, but honestly it doesn't matter to me if he comesback next year. He will demand around 10 million a year and i rather bring back a cheaper better fitting player in pitrius.

Pitrius is a better defensive player and though he doesn't have some post game/rebounding like green, can instead shoot alot better.

PP is going nowhere for a while and we should be concentrating on signing for the next few years, a legit backup, instead of Green who wants to start and will not take a paycut

No one will pay Green ten mill after coming back from surgery. He will be lucky to get more then the vet. min. with the way he ended last year and the fact he had an incredible surgery.

Bradley really does change the rebuilding process.  Before we had Rondo, who were weren't quite sure was a #1 star and Green, who most people thought wasn't good enough to be a #2 star. 

So we really needed to get 2 mega stars to fully rebuild. 

Now we arguably only need one.  I have confidence that Green and Bradley can (at the very least) be our #3 and #4 guys on a title team. 

It's still gonna be tough to trade for, sign, or draft another mega star to go along with Rondo.  But it's a lot less daunting than trying to get two. 

The 3rd and 4th best players on a championship team at the very least? I think #5 and #6 is a bit more realistic, with #4 and #5 on the optimistic side.
