No offense to Larry but it should have been Neil Olshey.  I mean seriously best job in basketball by far this year and it is more than just the Chris Paul trade.  He added Reggie Evans in free agency, made the waiver claim on Chauncey, picked up Kenyon Martin mid-season, and then added Nick Young at the deadline.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah

MVP, Coach of the Year, Executive of the Year.

Well done.

Rookie of the Year, All Star MVP, Three Point Winner, Finals MVP. Gold Medal.

He has dominated basketball like no other. At every level of the sport and at every organizational position he has been successful.

This guy doesn't need a trophy case. He needs a trophy room.

Did you just call Larry Bird a "jerk?" Can we subtract TP's from people?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't getting David West have required Jeff Green passing an Indy physical?  I think we might've been stuck either way.

Nice accomplishment for Larry, especially since there are rumors this might be his last year.

I always thought Larry was way ahead of most of the league in his basketball IQ and it was argubly and still is his greatest asset.  He sees things others don't and can evaluate talent well enough.

The rumored S&T with New Orleans was JO + Sasha for West.
