PS, how do you actually embed the video and not just the link?

Just post the youtube url.  It can't be one of the youtu.be links, though.

This works:

Code: [Select]
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFm9WTq-aH8
This doesn't:

Code: [Select]
http://youtu.be/DFm9WTq-aH8

Good to know for the future. Thanks Roy!

I legitimately hope Wade blows out a knee Joe Thiesman style. I realize this isn't exactly the right attitude to have, but I'm sick of seeing this guy try to take out other players when things are not going his way.

KG gets suspended for an elbow, but Wade gets to try and take out a guy and he only gets flagrant 1. What's wrong with that picture? If I didn't love my team so much, I wouldn't give the NBA another thought.

This is not the 80's anymore, players can't retaliate like they used too, therefore plays like this need to be given a harsh penalty.

I kind of tend to agree with you. Sometimes karma is a you know what and Wade has more than his fair share coming (I hope)

I'm very tired of D-Wade's dirty play.  The league should absolutely suspend him for a game.

I hope he doesnt get suspended, i like that foul.  Old school playoff foul.

He got the flagrant, the Pacers won the game, and i hope someone gets a chance to pay Wade back for it - as in Paul George or David West - not David Stern.
Old days you could go on the court and fight him without being suspended 18 games by the league.

No place in basketball for what Wade did.
This.  Basketball, just like every professional contact sport, has evolved to protect players.

That being said, I don't think Wade's bodycheck is quite as bad as Smith's on Griffin.  I'd be okay with a 1 game suspension (though I'm not even expecting that much).  I mean, it would be pretty sweet if Indiana could win without it :)

I can see why Wade did it. He got hit, didn't get the call, and got p---ed.

Having said that, still a dirty play and should definitely miss at least one game. He could have easily wrapped up Collison if he wanted to make a legit playoff foul.

if it isn't a suspension and I'm indy FIRST time he drives to the hoop i'd hammer him as hard as possible, more than 1 guy

sadly espn wouldn't be pointing this out due to their miami love fest, enough players, coaches and media guys point things out like this maybe calls would change but i doubt it

He didn't even get hit on the other end.  Dahntay Jones went straight up and down, Wade tossed himself into him and made a meal of it.  I'm sure Dwayne thought he really got fouled, though, as he's grown so used to getting those calls.

I just saw this. That is an extremely dangerous play that does not belong in the game. Wade should have been kicked out of the game, and probably suspended 1 game.

I think this is worse and more dangerous than throwing an elbow. The NBA's protection of Wade is disgusting.

He should be suspended, and I don't say that lightly, but this is clear as day.

If a none star did this, it would be a suspension hands down. What if it was Artest that did this?

I'm p---ed off!!

Yeah i'll retract my statement about "liking the foul." I hadn't had my coffee yet!!!!

Infront of the home crowd and on a point guard is pretty gutless.  Plus the last slow-mo replay shows how dangerous it could've been.

Even still, i would prefer that he didn't get suspended.  I'd very much enjoy watching the Indi crowd harass the hell outta him and, as i did say earlier, i would like to see retribution handed down from a guy like David West, not David Stern.  Maybe it's the hockey fan in me, but that's my stance.

And this is why I want 80's/90's basketball back.  Let Wade do that back in the day and he gets dumptrucked next time he drives to the basket.  He'd learn his lesson real quick.

Unfortunately, in today's wimpy NBA, doing so would earn a 10+ game suspension.  All while the original instigator goes free, because he's a "superstar".

I can just imagine now what Charles Oakley would do to this scum bag.

can anyone think of an example of one of Wade's dirty plays that didn't involve a player smaller than him?

Just curious.

I haven't found one story calling for a suspension on this yet.
