this is old news but I had no idea. Crazy story. One day an undrafted d-league player, the next playing with the celtics and signing with Nike.

Jeremy Lin had NIKE contract before he played a single minute in the NBA. Worthwhile investment for NIKE looking back now.  ;)

Clearly an aside, but it's time for Greg to stop trying to send his blocks into the 6th row when he could be trying to direct them towards teammates. Good for him with the deal though.

the question is, after the ovation Scal got at the garden during game 2 the other night, which shoe company will be lucky enough to sign him?

Hope Greg can improve his play. One thing that is really killing us is the lack of shots the role players are making.

Bradley is doing pretty well but Bass, Pietrus, Stiemsma, and Dooling all need to be more consistent.

Nice to see Ray have a good night last night. Too bad Rondo and Pierce couldn't buy a bucket.

If we can start clicking as a team then I think we can blow this team out.

Air Steam!
When you lose, the easy part is to see who gives up. Giving up is very simple. You basically take your stuff and walk away. To continue to work and to continue to compete is one of the most difficult things, especially when you really don't have anything - KG

Dooling's shooting .500 for the playoffs, including .455 from the 3.

Are those shoes real? That'd be awesome. I think this is a great move. If Stiemsma has foot issues, Nike would be committed to getting him the right shoe. And I think he'd be highly marketable if he becomes a decent starter.

Made me think of a walking boot. Good for Steamer.
