it's possible but not likely.  we need his shooting and especially his defense for either Granger or Lebron in the next round and possibly Durant in the finals.

We also need one of Pietrus, Sasha or Daniels to get it in gear offensively to provide 8-10 more points off the bench.

Ray's been a non-factor so far so that's making PP's importance all the more glaring.
rofl Granger aint bout dat playoff life he'll look terrified again nd lock himself up if we match up wit them

Depends on the health of other teams too.  If other teams' stars keep dropping like flies, we can potentially win it all with Pierce at 75%.

The amazing thing with Paul is that even at 70-75% he is STILL one of the best SFs out there.

He still managed a decent game 1 vs one of the best wing defenders in the game in Iguodala.

Thankfully, we have Pietrus, and Marquis could perhaps play some SF as well.

Best scenario for us is to finish off PHI as soon as possible, and then get Pierce some rest with the extra time off.

Yes - even if Pierce doesn't get healthy we STILL have a shot at Banner 18. We need Bass to step up a bit and decent production from the bench, but this thing is still winnable even with Pierce not being 100%.

As Zach Randolph stated during the post-game interview after they won game 6 vs the Clips, "Everyone's banged up at this point in the season."

We just need folks to step up a bit. As much as we've rode Paul, Rondo, Ray (and now KG), we have the talent on this team for others to shine.

And they need to right now.

Pierce looked OK in his last game.  Not great, but not horrible.  But if either KG or Pierce ends up getting injured (to the point where they can't play), it's over.  Those two are our most valuable players.  Certainly it would be challenging if you lose ANY of the big 4, but you simply can't lose KG or Pierce and expect to be a contender.

We need all three of our superstars playing if we want any shot at advancing far in the playoffs.

DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

Ray's PER is 16 which is a better than average and a lot better than Bass or Bradley and anyone off the bench other than Dooling who won't get many minutes. Not an All-Star performance, but it's evident he's injured.

And no, we don't get past the WCF winner with both Pierce and Allen at their current levels. I don't expect much from Pietrus and Daniels off the bench and Sasha on it. Pietrus for the substantial minutes he's played has the second worst PER in the playoffs and all three have worst PERs than 3 Point Shot King Steve Novak at 4.0 with his 2.4 points per game.
