Either the Spurs or Thunder. I respect both teams. I like Tony Parker and Durant as leaders of their teams...seem like humble and respectable guys. (Unlike some of the guys in Florida)

Not the Lakers.

I'd rather Miami win than LA.

Not gonna be a popular opinion, but if not the CEltics I think I'd like the Heat to win.  I know that sounds nuts, but I like the fact that the NBA isn't the NFL.  In other words... I like the idea that there isnt' a new champion every year.  I like that with the NBA, the best of the best usually takes home the title.  And right now, nobody is better than LeBron.  He's the king of the league and he deserves the gold.  The heck with parity.  I like prestige.  And it'd be a shame if we looked back on this era without noting that it was the era of LeBron James.  Plus, with them as the big bad evil champs, whoever eventually knocks them off will be a special thing.  I have no real reason to hate the Heat.  The Celtics don't have much of a real rivalry with them other than the fact we just happened to play them in the playoffs.  No sweat off my back if they win a title.  It's not like they are the Lakers or something.  I didn't lose sleep over them winning a title in 2006 and I'm not going to lose sleep over them winning in 2012.

Can't root for Oklahoma city.  I live in Seattle.  Just can't do it.

It's not tennis either.  It's a team game.  Lebron James may be the best player, but that doesn't mean the Miami Heat are the best team.

I root against the Heat precisely for the reasons that you root for them.  I don't think of the game of basketball as an individual sport.

No question about it.  The Thunder.  I'd love for Perk to get another ring and I really like all the guys on that team.

Even Derek Fisher? Lolol.

I am the lone Clipper vote? Think about it, Clipper success could have negative ramifications for the Lakers instantly.

It's a team game.  Sure.  But look at who has won championships in the past and it's almost always the team that had the best player.  Russell, Kareem, Magic, Bird, Jordan, Hakeem, Duncan, Shaq, Kobe... with a few aberrations sprinkled here and there.  For the most part... dominant players get it done.  It's probably LeBron's time.  He deserves it.  Dude is an all-timer.

1. Thunder (only because they don't have one)
2. Spurs
3. Pacers (for Larry Bird)
4. Clippers (only to p--- of Laker fans)
5. 76ers
6. Heat (only if this is to keep the Lakers from winning)
7. The world ends

Clippers hands down. The stuff they overcame this season, and I love the chemistry Chris Paul and Blake Griffin have

Clippers actually have the weapons to go all the way

Thunder would be my second choice

Spurs or Clippers or Thunder in that order. And if not either one of those teams, then I choose the Lakers. I prefer either one of these four teams to Miami winning the championship.

Is this some kind of a joke?

If the Celtics don't win I don't want anyone to win. If the Celtics can't win, I do not want anyone else to win either. Its pretty straight forward.

The league is changing.  You have to go back more than a decade to find championship teams containing the league's best player.  This notion that having the best player in the game necessarily wins you a championship is out-dated.

Catch up, man.
