the analysts just used the excuse that with Chicago gone, Miami is coasting because theres no threat for them to make it to the finals...

so, I guess the Celtics(if they make it out of the 2nd round) are going to lay down for them?? let alone the pacers?

They weren't saying Indiana and Boston/Philly would lay down, merely that they aren't good enough to be a real threat to Miami.

Nobody needs any more motivation at this point.  We know what those vultures are all about by now.

I'm sure that the same announcers were saying that the Mavs weren't a "real threat" to the Heat last year, as well.

Last time I checked the Celtics matched up very well with the heat, and this time Rondo isnt missing one arm.

So they're making excuses now. I mean I don't see Indiana winning the series or even this game for that matter, but that is just a poor excuse for the Heat.
If my team had an easy path to the Finals I wouldnt expect for them to be coasting. If theyre as easy as they say they are then just demolish them and move on to the real competition.

Now if only we could get some officials on our side we'd be able to counter everything!
Take me where the Boston Celtics fans roam free without judgment from my enemies.

ABC and ESPN really have no clue about the NBA.
