I hope this is the worse game that they've played because if not they won't be going no where this playoffs season.

That sucked.  Give Sixers credit.  They fought the Celtics for everything defensively.  Only answer for that is intensity.  C's will adjust.

  • Another undersized Celtic...
Come on.  They've been letting both teams clutch and grab the entire quarter.  Now, with 12 seconds left, they call that?

It was a foul, but they haven't been calling those.
My brother and my own thoughts exactly... Ugly game ugly end
You still can't pin this loss on the refs. Bad play all around and a lack of aggressiveness aside from -ahem- Ryan Hollins, Bradley and Dooling.

WELL, hopefully the Green take the next game a little more seriously and try to play for 48 minutes.

doubtful....i expect philly to come out and throttle the Cs in game 3....really the series is all about game 4 for boston

Well you expect the Celtics to lose every game....so there is that.

1 point loss hurts, especially when you got that KG missed free throw after he hung on the rim for 2 hours and was talking trash, I'm all for that stuff if you can get away with it but at least make the free throw.

It's a joke to blame this loss on the refs. The refs were, for the most part, fair throughout. The Celtics lost this one themselves. Even after that terrible third quarter they fought back and had a chance to win it all.

The 76ers just made some huge plays down the stretch, and some super lucky plays that worked out in their favor.

can't go 2-16 in the 3rd quarter at home in the playoffs. inexcusable. the effort was not there from rondo or PP.

boston is running on fumes...and now they gave this crap sixers team confidence and life. really poor work

He hung on the rim because Sixers dude was right underneath him.

I don't want to be unfairly negative but I can't really compare this Celtics team to the team that played in the Atlanta series as our best player's injury has reduced him to a mere decoy/offensive liability and for that reason I have trouble seeing us win one on the road.

Sometimes I wish our forums didn't turn into Casual friday when the playoffs hit.

Rondo was literally dominant in the first quarter. Then he disappears. It is really no surprise this team lost tonight.

But it isn't Rondo's fault. This one is on Pierce and Doc.
