What a freakin joke ...

I thought for sure he was suspended for at least the first series , Stern is a scumbag , if this isn't a case of the NBA trying to effect the outcome of a series then I don't know what is . >:(

Huh? His suspension is over. It was 7 games.

What an odd response.

To your final comment, nothing is. They aren't trying to effect the outcomes of series.

PS. Commas are different than periods.

the question i have is, did the lakers threw some games away in order to have him playing all the games in the second round? Feeling comfortably that when they really want to win, they can put denver away. I tend to believe this is the case.
No.

Definitely not.

Who on the team do you think feels that way? Do you think the team got together and made a plan? Do you think the coach decided to do this? Or Kobe or Bynum were so afraid of playing OKC that they individually let up on Denver?

How did they communicate this plan to one another? How did they implement this plan and how many people were involved? This isn't a video game where one person with a controller controls all players and the franchise.

The Lakers just aren't that good. Not surprising at all when they lose to Denver.

This is why I said (kinda half kidding) that Fakers threw some of the games with Denver... they don't want to play OKC w/o Metta... he is still a great defender which they will need for any chance against OKC... they don't want to play multiple games against them without him.

They would've had Artest for OKC if they had won last night.

Oh, yea but I forgot to add what I did in another thread... they accidentally gave Denver too much confidence in doing so! Again, I don't believe this but it'd be funny if they did and lose because of it! LOL
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Ron Artest isn't even good enough to warrant tanking games over anyway. He's a good defender, and a streaky shooter. This would be like us tanking games to get Pietrus back, for Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.'s sake. Ron Artest at this point is a bigger name than he is an impactful player.

so you can't understand that I am saying he should have been suspended at least one more additional game ? I understand his suspension is over, but they are letting him play in the most crucial game of the series ....

How is having Artest available for game 7 not effecting the possible outcome of the series ?

You don't need to be so Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.y with your responses because you can't understand what I was saying .

if there's one person holding the controller, it would be kobe. If his head isn't in the game, lakers lose. And if Kobe truely believes that they need Artest to win it all, kobe will tank games. again this is speculation from my part.

are they morons for loosing so that they have to play one or two extra games? Games they weren't giving it all, so the chances of getting injured were smaller, still there but smaller, in order to get their third or forth, depending on the play of gasol, back in time for the more important match up with OKC? This given the fact that they feel they can beat denver any day of the week, if they only want to. Again, i don't know. Time will tell i guess. But the idea doesn't seem all too stupid to me.
