"crimes against children" sounds potentially devastating if they end up actually finding something on him.
Ya, not good.
According to this website,
http://www.coloradoicac.com/abouticac.html:
The Colorado ICAC Task Force investigates persons using the internet to attempt to engage in sexual contact with underage children, persons who send children web camera feeds of, or files displaying sexual acts, persons who download or distribute child ****ography files using email or file-sharing networks
So he either:
1. Distributed or produced child p0rn.
2. Sent pics of himself to an underage girl/boy.
3. Tried to meet up with an underage girl/boy for a sexual encounter.
Anything else it could be?
Best case situations for him, somewhat in the realm of possibility?
Police made a mistake, got a bad tip. Or story is being reported wrong.
A friend/family member was using his computer/house doing this crap, and it wasn't him.
He was sexting with a girl he met online that lied about her age. (Not that these last two are good...)
Don't want to even think about what else it could be.
