Also, people don't see the value for Hollins yet? He has more offensive potential than Stiemsa does inside the paint, and I can see clear as day that the Hawks players don't like it when he's in there. He's got more bulk than Stiems, and he's more aggressive it seems on defense, but without fouling, and he is better at finishing those easy ones at the basket. Doc knows what he's doing.

It's up to the players to execute and play as he expects them to after that.
