Without question this guy is the most clutch player in the league. I'm not a stats guy, but Paul is the best performing player within the final 4 minutes

He can do anything on the court. You want him to pass, he gets 15 assists. You want him to score, he gets 30. You want him to defend, he gets 8 steals. Chauncey Billups gets injured, he still leads them to the 5th seed

What makes him the best is the leadership. He turned the Clippers from a perennial losing franchise to a team that fights and works hard on every possession. He runs the Clipper offense like a string, making them work as a unit. And he's brought the best out of Blake Griffin to step up his play

Theres no one I fear more with the ball than Chris Paul

What makes Durant and Lebron better?

Besides Sportcenter highlights or the bandwagon media's opinions

I'd have James, Durant, Wade and Bryant ahead of Chris Paul.  Dwight Howard as well, prior to his back injury.  There's a solid case to be made for Andrew Bynum this year as well.

I'd slot Chris Paul in right after that.

Wade and Bryant are past their prime and only have a few years left, I would take CP3 over either of them.

Chris paul's last groin injury was the fact it's too small. This dude is a pompous ass. He's everything wrong with the league in this day and age in my humble opinion. Hate um.. Wanna see someone regulate this cat bad. Please do anyone, but especially someone on the C's.

Paul is a beast and I'm surprised how many people slept on him the last couple of years when his team wasn't great (but still overachieved).

But he's not the best in the league.  It's LeBron, Durant, then Paul/Howard in whatever order you want to put them.  I'd put Paul first but it's close.  Best PG of his generation for sure, though.

If the Celtics embraced Flopping we would probably win more games.

Lebron is a talented player, but not a leader and not clutch
Durant still thinks Westbrook is his older brother

Thats why without question Chris Paul is the best in the league

It doesn't matter how many years they have left.  At this point in their respective careers, Kobe and Wade are better than Chris Paul.  It two years it could be different, sure.  But not yet.

Also, it's not a sure thing that Chris Paul will still be this good in two years either.  He has bad knees, and we all saw how quickly that derailed Brandon Roy's career.

CP3 is better then Wade and has been for the past few seasons.

Talented Athleticism doesn't mean you are the best player

Paul > Durant > Lebron

Chris Paul is without a doubt one of the best players in the world.  He has no weaknesses.  But Lebron and Durant have greater upside due to no fault of CP3.  They were just born bigger, more athletic and more durable.  Right now I'll take Durant, Cp3 then Lebron.  Lebron lacks the killer instinct as of now.
