Apparently he was ruled to come back into the game but they changed it and kept him out.

Hope its just soreness I know one of his shoulders been bothering him all year.

Im praying its nothing serious, our seasons riding on him.

On a side note, this team has about 100% chance that someone will get injured in the game where someone comes BACK from injury. In this instance Ray comes back and Bradley goes out with injury, it happens almost every time someone comes back from being injured.

Rivers said his left shoulder went out, he's been having trouble with that all year, and usually they pop it back in but it wouldn't go back in. They will find out more tomorrow.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
I was wondering why Ray was out there so long. I was furious with Doc for keeping Ray out and thought he was just going with the old guard and couldn't understand it.

Hopefully a few days rest will help.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

I'm guessing he misses the next 2-3 games.

it is funny to me that people watching on tv ( that may have never played hoop) say.."how could he miss that dunk?'..never understanding the injuries you carry as a player..and how sometimes..the body doesn't work 100%..when you are forcing it to go 100%.....

  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.

I wouldn't mind him out for a game or two if it means Ray can get back in a rhythm and return to the starting lineup.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

yeah but we don't even know if Ray will play on Sunday or not. He might be a bigger question mark for Sunday's game than Bradley even though Avery left with an injury and Ray played 30something minutes.

Ray came back tonight on a last minute decision but if the foot is causing him pain, he won't play on Sunday.

it might be time to dust off Sasha or Daniels again

I think we're ok without him until we hopefully play the Heat. We would need him against Wade for sure though.
