what a dumb player, probably misunderstood crash the glass instruction by coach woodson. SMH knicks are just pathetic.

Knicks are better without Amare and with just Carmelo and Tyson
So this is a positive for the Knicks

Poor amare. It's sad to see his health issues catch up with him. Just no explosion from the leap or first step like in the past. Back injuries do that though. Those discs are so important. He was a beast last year before the back issues against Boston last year. Compound those with all the knee surgeries and I think his all star days are gone. I'm sure his frustration has a lot to do with his own inability to impact the game like in the past. What an awful contract he is.

I also believe that unless Dwight Howard's game becomes a lot less dependent on his athleticism that his days as a a top 5-10 player are done. He actually ruptured his disc and all that leaping he does will be very hard on his now thinned disc.

Crazy to think that we might have been watching the best of amare, Dwight, and rose all last year.
i thought Amare could adjust to the injuries cuz he developed a nice midrange jumper ova the years but he doesnt have the heart nd mindset to want to be dominant. Dwight has hardly any offensive moves so it'll be interesting to see how he comes back from back surgery, nd Rose was a wreckless abandon slashin point who developed a decent midrange jumper his athleticism is gon be real questionable once he recovers in bout 8-10 months hopefully he wont be a ground bound point guard like Andre Miller

idiot is right.

I think the knicks should look to trade amare to the highest bidder

Not sure anyone will take on that terrible contract.

Yeah the fact it's uninsured makes it awful. Not only does it for sure kill the cap, but it fir sure kills the owners wallet. If Cuban can't land d will with all that space he sacrificed a chance at a repeat for then he might look at acquiring amare in a salary dump. Only other team I could see interested would be new jersey to appease d will by bringing in a big name. However hard to see jersey and new York doing business.

Amare looks so slow and old and stiff...  the dude got some serious troubles physically . He is not the same person he was two years ago .  He can't rebound....the suns knew he was all but finished as a superstar.  He is basically a poor backup. , making a Superstars salary.

got that right, he is about worthless as an NBA player , unless he can get some surgery to fix his problems.

HE maybe finished period...but at least he'll leave with alot of money in his pocket.  He'll be an TV guy next year with Charles , Kenny and Shaq

I think he was jealous of the fire extinguisher's ability to stop the Heat.

I think you could make a decent argument they won't have to pay him if he misses time because of this.

I agree with this standpoint. They do seem to play better without him.

How manly!   Just more proof NBA players don't know how to punch.  Probably made contact with the pinkie and ring knuckles which is bad because they have little support behind it.

Tim Legler was saying how he thought Amare was upset about the lack of shots and wants to feel appreciated etc.

He might want more shots but more because he thinks he can help them and the Knicks are losing right now. I doubt he would have done that if he had 1 shot and the Knicks won

Amar'e isn't a smart player, but he knows that he's only an impact player if he is offensively involved.
