I say yes and to be honest I think (not hope) he should. That being said I think there could be some saving graces:
What's a little lost in the shuffle is that it was a terrible call that goes against the golden rule of officiating - it was a poor decision that decided the outcome of the game.
I think that, combined w/ the fact that Rondo did clearly trip a little on the leg of the official could result in him not getting a suspension.
To be clear, I think he gets suspended, and I think his chest bump was both intentional and idiotic. But I do think there's a chance he might not get suspended.
EDIT: For clarification, I've played several sports in my life. Including, but not limited to badminton.
