That sequence by the Steamer on the defensive end is the worst 5 play I've seen on the defensive glass in years.

Secure the ball or try the D League again, son. Disgraceful.

Sit him down and get Williams out there.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."

Nah, we're still here, there's still some ball to be played.

LOL @ overreacting. We are a jump shooting team who happens to miss jumpers tonight. We need to win one game in Atlanta, this is only game 1

Brandon Bass' worst game as a Celtic?

Ugh, couldnt come at a worse time.  Dude looks totally blitzkrieged out there.
first game jitters it looks like.  I'm expecting a much better effort out of KG, Bass and PP in game 2.

Atlanta knew it had to hold home court and came out fired up to do just that.  Let's see how they do in game 2.  I'd be very surprised if KG, PP, Bass and Bradley are clanking them that badly in that game and I really doubt Atlanta has that hot a start again.

C's just need 1 win in Atlanta, it doesn't need to be the first game.

Jason Collins and Kirk Hinrich keeping the Hawks offense alive here in the third.

Ray was incredible from three in last year's playoffs. You can't replace him, even with Bradley's advantages. I know we can beat the Hawks without Ray, but I just think Ray's impact is not properly understood by a lot of people on here.

Bradley can score. That isn't in question. However, Ray has a tendency to calm things down when he hits a three. And he changes the pace up a bit, spreading the offense around to other people. Bradley, no matter how good he has been, does not have Ray's experience, and experience counts for something. I don't know exactly how many times this has to be proven to some of you folks. I'm not in panic mode just yet, and probably won't be until we are maybe down 2-0 or something.

Celts just need to get in that "your not scoring on us no matter what" mind set...which they're totally capable of.

Not dead yet.
Yup

Garnett just can't hack it versus Smith, wish we had someone to throw at him. If I was Doc I would challenge KG and remind him how badly Smith has owned him in this game.
