He is? I don't see it. Other than sweet stroke of his, Westbrook is pound for pound better than Durant.
Pound-for-pound, AI is better than Wilt Chamberlain. What does that mean?
Additionally, how do you discount Durant's shooting ability? And his rebounding?
I gave him his dues shooting the ball. I'm not impressed with his rebounding or lack thereof. He never boxes out. 2 rebounds from SF/PF is a disgrace.
I can't stand the fact Thunder hiding Durant on defense. Meanwhile, Westbrook is running the team, and also having to defend Dwyane Wade.
Yeah, I am very frustrated by how Oklahoma is hiding Durant defensively too (causing OKC serious problems, especially when Thabo isn't available to guard LeBron) + his lack of rebounding last night was appalling and has been poor in the series in general.
Durant has to do more on the backboards. His team has just been out-rebounded for the third straight game. His team needs more out of him especially when they go to those small-ball lineups. He is too good a rebounder to be offering his team so little. It's a question of focus + effort. Not talent. And that is very disappointing.
Durant needs to do a lot more. He is too focused on his scoring right now. He needs to find other ways to help his team win games.
