Miami got the kind of team they needed to play against to win in the finals. Inexperienced.

They don't have the same kind of top shelf talent advantage.  Smaller gap in talent means stuff like savvy counts more.
2025 Draft: Chicago Bulls

PG: Chauncey Billups/Deron Williams
SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari
PF: Al Horford/Zion Williamson
C: Yao Ming/Pau Gasol/Tyson Chandler

I have zero doubts that Boston would have beaten the thunder. Makes me sick that Miami and their awful fans get a title. Just crap

I am about to puke. WOW

The way Thunder have played at the end of games 3 and 4 is mind boggling to me. Harden and Westbrook fouling in a situation when there is only a few seconds left on the shot clock...

Brooks showed that he is the weakest link in OKC. I guess Presti makes mistakes too.

Those who are unable to avoid the NBA media really need to brace themselves. They are going to be competing for the most sycophantic Miami Cheat article.

Goodness it is going to be terrible. They are ridiculously bias in Lebrons favor. We will never hear the end of it.

Eddy Curry is one game away from an NBA ring.  Wow.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Tonight likely begins the Heat mini-dynasty and marks the end of my interest in the NBA. I honestly hate this league. This will be my last year for season tickets. The league is a joke and I am done with it.

Yea, trading a 1st and Green to pay a ton of money to a guy who shouldn't get off the bench in the finals would qualify as a mistake.

Me too. I will watch the celtics if KG comes back, but that't it.

God, westbrooke is such a phenomenal scorer but his basketball iq makes 2007 Gerald green look like a Rhodes scholar.

Great scorer, dumb as a bag of hammers when it comes to basketball iq. Way to freeze out KD the last two minutes cause you though you were hot then intentionally foul chalmers because you had no idea what the game situation was.

That was webber'esque
“I will hurt you for this. A day will come when you think you’re safe and happy and your joy will turn to ashes in your mouth. And you will know the debt is paid.” – Tyrion

On the brighter side, maybe NBA/zebras will stop protecting Lebron like their firstborn if he finally wins a ring..
