Thats a dangerous play...

What happens if that pass is offline and Collison has to jump for it? D.wade hits him and Collison ends up flipping end on end at full speed....

That should be a suspension from the intent standpoint.

As of now the winner between the Spurs and the Thunder will likely win it all. Both are on cruise control right now.

Yeah, whoever wins the West (most likely either SAS/OKC) will be prohibitive favorites.

To be fair both the Thunder and Spurs are playing really bad teams in the Clippers and the Lakers.

Both have large matchup advatages.

Are the Clippers or Lakers any worse than the Sixers or Pacers?  If anything, I'd say both are at least on par with Indiana and substantially better than Philly.

Just dirty

I'm not even mildly surprised.

Not surprised Wade would do something like this. And I won't be surprised when nothing more comes of it.

That is plain and simple, wilfull intent to injure a player by making a non-basketball play.  There is no way during the course of any normal play, a foul of that nature should occur.  It is a perfect football tackle, but not a basketball play.

Wade should be suspened, without discussion.  He won't be though.  The NBA is becoimg sad to watch on some nights.  Stern blatanly allows certain teams, and players, to conduct themselves outside of the rules all others must follow.

Kevin McHale is a Boston legend.

How is wade's play any different to Jason Smith's?

Smith was immediately rejected and suspended for two games.

Lowball move by DWade.

He's been a top 10 player the last few years - he doesn't need to resort to that mess.

MIA deserved to lose that game.

Boy, the action in the WEST won't even start till OKC meets the Spurs in the WCF.

the second round out there is a joke and its pretty clear OKC and Spurs will knock both LA teams barring any injury at this point.

meanwhile the C's are in a dogfight which is their own undoing IMO and the Pacers will be no pushovers for the cHeat

There should at least be a discussion about whether Wade deserves to be suspended over that cheap shot. He has been taking a lot of these dirty shots on players the past few years. That play was very dirty. A clean foul would have been wrapping Collison up with his arms.

ESPN has a Heat Index. Nuff said.

OKC is a great team, Lakers are really outmatched in this series, I hope OKC sweeps them.

I don't.  Aside from the whole 'LA sucks' factor, the Lakers are also a much more difficult matchup for us.  I hope OKC embarrasses them.

Yeah I agree I always root against the Lakers and I want them to be embarassed on every game
But something about the Thunder I can't stand
