OKC would really benefit from a guy like Bass in their frontcourt rotation.  So much pick and pop action generated by Westbrook and Harden.

Impressed by Derrick Favors. I haven't been watching the Jazz since early in the season and he looks much improved since then.

More comfortable with that jump-shot (still a work in progress but much improved) and playing much sounder more fundamental defense. Made a bunch of strong shot contests today. Some the acrobatic kind but many were the grounded type where he got himself to the right spot and made himself big and didn't bite on fakes.

I thought that was an enjoyable game between the Spurs and Jazz. A lot of good basketball there especially by San Antonio. Their ball movement truly is a joy to watch (pity they don't play better defense).

I like this Nuggets-Lakers matchup also. I think they'll play a lot of good basketball. Nuggets with their uptempo and sweet shooting ways and the Lakers with their power play in the paint with Bynum and Pau. Should have a lot of good basketball in it.

I am always amazed to see how big Bynum is...for some reason, I just don't think of him as "that" big, but he is!

The amount of time they allow Bynum to just camp in the lane is absurd.

I don't think it will ever be possible for me to despise a sports team as much as I despise the Lakers.  I am embarrassed at how much I care about them losing.
 
The fact that Bynum has turned out to be as good as he is infuriates me.  There have been so many big-man project busts in the last 10 years, how is it that the Lakers get the one that makes it.  Part good GM-ing and part good fortune (again). 

Denver will be no match for LA, but I think Memphis would have given them a run.   I am hoping that OKC (if they can get by Dallas) or SA can take them out this year.

I love the Grizzlies. I live in TN and watch a good amount of their games. It's a team built for the playoffs.
