Bobcats just because the need all the help they can get. I dont even think the number pick would really help them all that much, so maybe it would be more exciting for a different team to get the number 1 because it will benefit them more.

It's their own fault they need help in my opinion. They've had high draft picks lately and they've squandered them, as well as traded away their best players.
