Echo was really, really bad.  It might be time to focus on telling good stories with good characters again, instead of focusing on identity politics and representation.

Vincent D'Onofrio was great as usual, but was wasted.

There were parts that weren't so bad but I wished they focused more on the action. The actors outside of the main character weren't bad either. Although it would have been more of regular superhero movie, but the little cousin was underused as comedic relief. The worst part is that the main character, Echo, was an incredibly horrible actress. Her expression was completely the same for everything. If she is going to be mute, which I understand it's a real thing, they should have found an actress that can act out more with eyes and expressions. I also think she looks way too much like Rosa from Brooklyn 99.
well she is actually a deaf amputee and Native American. So they kept that part authentic

I agree and the Native American story part was interesting, although I didn't really understand her power. I thought that part was good, the first fight was cool, the bowling scene was pretty good and she did seem like a good fighter. I have no problem with that at all. It's just the acting itself was really bland. At the end, I didn't have any special connection with her character at all. Some other characters like the Black Widow's sister, the new arrow girl for example, they were good actress that brought something memorable to their role. Her was just meh.
I think most of that is because she is deaf.

The list of villains cast for Amazon MGM Studios and Mattel Films? live action take on Masters of the Universe now includes Jared Leto, Sam C. Wilson, Hafthor Bjornsson and Kojo Attah.

Leto will play Skeletor, Wilson is to fill the role of Trap Jaw, Bjornsson will play Goat Man and Attah nabbed the role of Tri-Klops. They join Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, Skeletor?s second-in-command.

Why do you wanna be franchisees keep casting Leto?  He sucked as Joker, he sucked as Morpheus, and he will inevitably suck as Skeletor.

Having a hard time visualizing how they?re going to pull this one off without it being a CGI nightmare.  The joy of Masters of the Universe was it campiness and absurdity.  I thought the reboot on Netflix did an excellent job of with keeping true to the joy of the original with a little more polish on the graphics.  Not sure how a live action will work - the campiness will most likely just be plain old dumb.  But I?m sure curiosity will get the best of me and I?ll pay for the popcorn.
Yup

David Ayer?s depiction was ( according to him) very fifferevt as was the whole movie. He insists he made a drama and not a comedy which the studio changed it into even using a music video company to re-edit the movie. I didn?t MiND Joker . I did thing the damaged tattoo in the forehead was too much. The other tattoos smd look ogf him I actually liked and I guess was very much like in some comics. ( although I could care less about comic accuracy. )

I think he?s a very talented actor but has had some bad picks.
Skeletor did strike me as a strange pick because these characters have usually been looking steroids abusers.
I think they blew a chance to move AWAY from the campiness sbd make a serious creepy fantasy movie. But that?s just my tastes in movies.

Not yet. I like what I see in the trailer.

I was only able to watch the first episode and it was really good. I never finished the show on Netflix, but according to my son, Born Again picked up where the Netflix series ended. I'll be watching episode 2 tonight.

I quite enjoyed Daredevil: Born Again.  I'm looking forward to Season 2, and whatever further we get of Punisher.

Series of this quality were what I was hoping for from Disney+.  Hawkeye was really good, I thought.  Otherwise, everything has been either "meh" (Loki, WandaVision, Moon Knight, Falcon and Winter Soldier) or worse (SheHulk, Secret Invasion, Ms. Marvel, Echo).

Fully agree, these are on par with the Netflix series.

That said, who do you think is in the Army that Daredevil is referring to in fighting Fisk?  I have my ideas, obviously The Defenders and The Punisher.  Anyone else?  Echo return?  Moon Knight?  Murdock made an appearance in SheHulk, maybe her?

I think all of the above are possible, along with Swordsman and White Tiger (brought back by the niece).
