Yes, Miami would need to finish 3-0 and Chicago would need to finish 0-2.
I'm guessing the Boston Miami game Tues stars in both sides will sit out.  I'll laugh if ESPN gets stuck with that game too.

We can beat both. Rose wont hold up, he has too many injuries.

i aint worried bout atlanta homecourt or not i think that'll be a quick series, I think we can beat the bulls rose being outta rhythm nd constantly hurt plays a big part we gotta crash the boards heavy dat series cuz their offensive execution is below average nd they get a lot of 2nd chance points

We can very easily beat both teams. I'm not concerned about that.

I think our other role players now have some confidence going for them, and that will probably be a major part of what helps separate the Celtics from some other teams in the playoffs. I really think when our starters are on point and the other players on this team are playing with confidence, we might just be the best team in the league.

I really do believe that. And I don't know if I'm just being way too optimistic here or what, but I really do get the feeling that this is a year the Celtics will be taking home the championship.

Miami as a 2 seed has easier road the ECF than Chicago does. Possible Philly first round opponent and Indy second round opponent. They completely avoid their worst possible matchup in the C's at least until the ECF.

I think Atlanta could be a challenge in the first round.  I haven't really gotten to the point where I'm looking ahead to future match ups.  Just thinking about trying to beat the Hawks right now.

DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

A sweep would be nice, but I'll gladly take just advancing.

Im usually with the whole take one game at a time, but come on let's be real our bench and 3rd stringers took them nearly down to the wire. We will get by the Hawks if we remain healthy. I see them winning at least one game.

Chicago on the other hand scares the hell out of me, their length and rebounding, obviously their defense they can really lock you down at times, and to top it off Thibs knows our weaknesses and guys as good as Doc does.

Knicks are mediocre. No way they knock Bulls out. However, if Amare was out, they'd stand a chance, I agree.

yes, that is possible. indeed, it is possible the playoffs go something like this for the celtics...

round 1 - beat up, beat down on the hawks. over in 5, celtics win.

round 2 - run bulls' guards ragged, if the celtics play great ball, over in 6, celtics win.

round 3 (ECF) - against miami (though i hope ny beats them) tough series, at least 6 probably 7 games, celtics win.

nba finals - probably either oklahoma or san antonio. celtics could win this as well.

for the first time, i am thinking that the celtics have a really good shot at winning it all. a LOT of things have to work out and fall into place for them. but then, we can say the same thing about the other teams as well.

i expect KG to leave it all on the court and go all out all the time.

should be fun this year!   :)

Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I'm probably not known for positivity, but if we stay healthy we can beat anyone in the east, especially if they're banged up.

This ain't your grandfather's Celtics any more.
