The Olympic team always seems to be hurting in size, so I doubt they do anything about it now.
They still have Tyson Chandler and Kevin Love to play Center, along with Blake Griffin and Chris Bosh who could slide over, and even though there's probably no chance of him playing, Lamar Odom is a finalist for the roster too

Dwight Howard, Chris Bosh, and Carlos Boozer were the only big men on the 2008 Olympic team.
With the pro's playing, I really feel like the only time USA had really great Centers was from '92-'96. After that, there was a lack of multiple superstar Centers, and alot of PF's manning the middle.
