http://www.nba.com/mvp-ladder/2011-12/index.html Glad to see Rajon get this respect. I think he can win this thing one day.

Will be tough if we stop winning in upcoming years.

he's having a hell of a season.  I think I could probably average 10 assists with this team, though.

Still... Rondo's getting the job done and deserves credit.

Seriously where is KG's name on this list? Not even honorable mention?

Could you get 16 in a game passing to Avery Bradley, Brandon Bass, Greg Stiemsma, and Mickael Pietrus?

Careful.

Some Celtics fans think Bradley is the next Jordan, Pietrus=Hondo nd Bass=Barkley.

They might be if they get to play alongside Rajon Rondo for the rest of their careers.

There was a basketball expert in the comments section of one of the Celtics post game rapid reactions when Rondo got a triple double. She/he said that since nobody's guarding Rondo, he should get triple doubles and double digit assists easily. She/he said even she/he would get triple doubles if nobody was guarding him/her.

Clearly this guy/lady knows his/her stuff. Teams are letting Rondo get triple doubles and double digit assists.

Argument over. That guy/girl is a basketball expert. Can't deny what he/she says.

You've got me a little confused with all this "he said/she said" stuff.

There's no confusion. Rondo's a bad player because teams don't guard him. People "would take Westbrooke/Tony Parker/Pau Gasol/Rose/CP3 over Rondo any day because they can score and lead a team". I mean if people claim its true it must be true, right? Why would they lie? ;)

Yeah when people are complaining about Rondo when we are winning, him putting up pretty ridiculous stats, dropping triple doubles, winning with people in and out of the line up, winning with none of the big 3, well there's really not much else he can do.

He's pretty much shown everything you could want in an NBA player since the all-star break and our team has been getting better and better and he has been playing better and better.

Interesting how the top three vote-getters have a teammate in the top ten.

MVP is a poorly named award, leaves a lot of ambiguity as to what it actually means. Perhaps that's by design. I always found it odd, especially when Lebron and Dwyane are leading the MVP votes together, how someone can be the MVP if someone else on their team is also an MVP.

If you knock out the dynamic duos of Bryant and Bynum, James and Wade, & Durant and Westbrook, it's a fight between CP3, Rondo, Love. Really confused as to why Howard isn't in the top ten.
