Well, I have been saying it all along, you pass to steamer, you get another scorer...one we'll need in the playoffs....It isn't as if he cannot score, when he first got here he was a very consistant shooter.....he gets that confidence back, along with this inside stuff....he'll get more ref respect, less fouls then...and pull more of the other teams bigs into foul trouble...which will open things up for kg and us...!!!

There's a real reason why KG loves this kid.

I love this team when Steamer and KG are on the floor together. Defense and rebounds become a priority. Tp to you Meadowlark!!!

Confidence or no confidence, sometimes shots fall and sometimes they don't. Also, does it make sense to call someone a consistent shooter if you have to talk about how he shot in the past? If he was actually consistent, you wouldn't have to talk about the first month of the season.

So long as a big can go up right away in stride when passed to, I am for passing to them. I am think he shoots well enough to take the midrange jumpers in the flow of the offense.

Stiemer is now shooting over .500 on the year and, as you may recall, Doc had the kid speaking out in front of the team, saying he was a shooter, before the season actually began.

Perhaps my post was misleading. I like him taking his midrange jumper (though I don't know his % on the midrange). It may be an ugly shot, but that works for Noah.

Stiemer's on course to end up the C's 7th man on the season in minutes played (Bradley is firmly in 6th), and right now he and KG are tied to lead that group with a .505 shooting %.  (Bradley is in 3rd at .481 and Bass 4th with .469.)

Not bad for a rookie whose primary assignment has been defense and learning the defensive system on the fly in actual games.

I hope we can sign him to a cheap contract this off-season. He is valuable off the bench. I fear though some team giving him a ridiculous contract.

Well hanks for all the good comments..I am sure the steam would be happy too....The way i read it from the herald, Steam did all this without any practice with the team..because they just don't...or don't have time....It makes a big diff....! I know short season, but the reports were the saem in previous years also....
