I think Ryan Anderson will be in the running even though, like Kevin Love who won last season, it's more a matter of getting increased playing time without a huge bump in level of performance.  James Harden is another guy who will be mentioned.

if it was most improved over the course of this season rather than last year to this year i would go bradley... he was god awful at the beginning of the season and has become a huge part of this teams success.

Really kind of surprised no one has mentioned Greg Monroe. He's gone from decent looking big man prospect to interior beast in one year.

if it's supposed to be most improved, no one has improved as much as Bradley. He didn't even deserve to be on a high school team last year. Lin was not far behind, he was almost out of the NBA even early this year.

Espn did a 5 on 5 segment on this. They said either Lin or Monroe IIRC.

I'd say Greg Monroe. Lin+ Anderson should be in the running, but I feel like with them it's more about opportunity than actual improvement. Same with Bradley (but not even near the Lin/Anderson level). I can't say he's a significantly better shooter, passer, dribbler, or defender than last season. He was a top level defender then , and still is. He was a suspect shooter, passer, dribbler last year, and still is. You don't give MIP to a guy for cutting well lol.

If you throw out small sample size, I'd say there's a strong case for Byron Mullens. He looked like he was on his way out of the league last year+ earlier this year. Recently he's looked like a developing all star.
