I like that Griffin's teammate saved him a technical. Griffin had just started preening over Gasol and the other clpper gave him a true shove backwards, stopping it (don't know if it was intentional or not, but if he wasn't there it was going to be a T I'm sure.)

2nd one was clearly an offensive foul, Blake gets away with that "ill just use my free hand to move the defender out of the way" junk far to much

1st one was not a foul however. if you watch the replay he has the ball well before going through Gasol to dunk it.


 He got that ball at the height of it's arc, it was going to go over gasol. Once he secured the ball (which he did) he can certainty finish the play through gasol in the air.

There was no contact with the defender (gasol) till blake already had the rebound secured and was looking to finish. Thats not over the back, no contact was made with the defender from behind before the rebound was secure. He just plain out jumped him for a rebound.

It's just blake's freakish athletic ability that allowed him to out rebound a 7 footer AND finish it with a put back post rebound without coming down with it. crazy.

Yeah i'm interested to see how Blake [/most of the clips] react when they finally get a taste for the playoffs.  Boy is gonna get smacked again Jason Smith-style if the clips reserves continue to jump around on the bench and Blake throws his elbows around like that...

I agree man, teams in the playoffs arent going to put up with "lobcity" and I expect to see some hard fouls and get put in their place no matter who they play in the first round.

Agreed I am tired of it.  If he did it once or twice it's whatever, but he pushes off with that hand ALL the time.  It's the NBA though, they want excitement over fairness.

Chris Paul will eventually find that these dunks are tiresome. When Clips find themselves out of the playoffs after the 1st round, he will look back and wonder why he even left NOH....

Unless Blake develops his game and becomes better defensively, (like LaMarcus and even Love have done), he will make Sportscenter highlights and sell tickets, but won't take Clips much farther than that.

C'mon, Blake, DeAndre! Gasol and Bynum lit you two up for 48 pts, 15 rebs, and 6 blocks last night. Drew was like a kid in a candy store. Our KG at LEAST slowed Drew down a bit when we played the Lakers.

Drew was almost looking like Olajuwon out there for a min.

The highlights are nice....but STOP somebody, for crying out loud .
