Ahh, that's crap. I have no interest in this game now.

This is a wasted opportunity. It would have been a real test of Boston's playoff chances (with Garnett at center) in a series against the Bulls.

Me too. Nobody's taking anything away from the teams that beat us with JO out.  ;)

I don't care about W-L records or playoff seeding.

They are going to have go through both Miami and Chicago to win the East and they are not going to have homecourt in either series. That is the only thing that matters.

Whether they play an Indiana or Orlando in the first round or second round and whether they have homecourt or not, doesn't matter a [dang] to me. If they can't handle those teams, they have no shot against Miami or Chicago anyway.

I'd much rather see this team get a real test against a top class opponent (Chicago with Rose) than play and win a relatively meaningless (for me) contest (Chicago without Rose).

On the 2nd night of a B-t-B in which Rajon logged 43 minutes?

You cant use this game as a scale as to how well we would play the bulls because of several reason:

1- We played last night then flew to chicago. No such thing in the playoffs.
2- Every playoff game has a different intensity level. No team plays like they would normally during the regular season.
Etc, etc, etc

Yeah, sure.

This is when the schedule has them playing. Last time these two sides play each other in the regular season. It's now or never (regular season).

At least we'll get to see the C's play Miami another couple of times I suppose.

I hear ya, but this team gets beat up on the 2nd night of a back to back against the bottom feeders of the league, so playing chicago in the road on the 2nd of a back to back to me is not a good test of what this team can do in a 7 game series. Getting a win on the 2nd night of a back to back any way we can get it this time of the year is a plus.

Would it really have been a real test with Rose having missed weeks though?

Depends on what kind of shape he is in. Who knows.

Oh well, it's not to be.

Kinda glad to see AB start.  Ray was really favoring that leg last night and it's got to be sore today after his first game back on it
