Bradley looks like our starting SG of the future, whats not to love.

1) Hes only 21 with huge upside and talent.
2) Hes an all-nba level elite defender.
3) He has a great jumpshot and can add the 3 to his arsenal.
4) Hes an excellent free throw shooter.
5) Hes super athletic
6) Hes extremely fast and can run with Rondo.

Did I mention hes only 21?

I don't like Bradley as a starting SG to build around. His rebounding is bad for that position and his defense isn't at the same elite level there.

Though with Rondo on the team he'll have to get a bunch of minutes there I suppose going forward....

I know a lot of folks would take this the wrong way but....Avery's frame and athleticism remind me of a smaller michael jordan. I'm not comparing him to MJ at all, just his body/athleticism. Yeah, I want Avery as our starter and Ray as our 6th man.

Nice to see us atop the division finally by ourselves. Now can we stay there? The next 7 games is nasty:

Heat
Spurs
@Bulls b2b
@Pacers
76ers b2b
@Heat
Hawks b2b

I love what he has been doing and he definitely brings a different look to the starting lineup, but I still want to see what he can do against Wade in the 3 games left with Miami. He will be a huge weapon come playoff time , especially if he proves he can guard bigger SG'S(Hayward was able to shoot over the top of Bradley pretty easily the other day).

if anything this game proved that we can play with the young athletic players as well. I dont care if they are the wolves, they are young, fast and athletic, and today we crushed them

Hayward is a very big SG at 6' 8", Mike Miller sized.

I worry about Bradley against the Heat. Wade will be able to beat him up in the post, meanwhile Battier/Miller while have massive size advantage if they play the 2.

He'd be a great fit as a starting PG next to a LeBron type point forward.  But for now, he looks to be a very solid first guard off the bench, especially if we can add a playmaker to the 2nd unit.
2025 Draft: Chicago Bulls

PG: Chauncey Billups/Deron Williams
SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari
PF: Al Horford/Zion Williamson
C: Yao Ming/Pau Gasol/Tyson Chandler

couple of options, Diaw through free agency or Royce White in the draft. Wouldn't mind adding Chauncey Billups or Andre Miller(at the right prices) as a backup PG/SG . That way Billups could run the offense for the 2nd unit and spread the floor whit Bradley makes his cuts and hits open J's .

When we played Charlotte, Bradley wasnt able to stop Henderson either.  Henderson is only 6-5".  Neither he or Hayward are "elite" shooting guards, but Bradley wasnt very good against either.  Offensively, Bradley is better as a SG than PG, but he has shown very little ability to guard opposing SGs.  He certainly isnt an "elite defender" against them.  Maybe expecting him to guard Hayward is a bit much, but I cant see him faring any better against wade, kobe, Harden, Johnson, derozan, nick young, etc.

Not sure where all this "great jumpshot" talk is coming from either.  For every game he hits half his shots, he has 2 more where he hits like 1 of 5.  I think a less biased perspective would be that he's an inconsistent mid range shooter, that has no 3 point range whatsoever.

On the bright side, he's an exceptional athlete, that plays hard and seems to embrace whatever role he's put in.  As long as KG, PP, and Rondo are able to sustain their current level of production, I think a starting lineup with Bradley will still be successful.  The next 6 games will really show whats what.

Ive said before we STOLE avery. WE stole him. Nothing new to me. So lucky that Texas's wasn't a good fit.

But we stole steemer too. Your gonna need 60 minutes from the bench in the playoffs and we have Steemer, Avery and Pietrus??? Look its not anything bad. Steemer and Bradley are so underrated right now its absurd. And Air France is solid when he come back

Folks keep saying this team isn't as good as the champs. Well I don't know how much worse Bass is vs Perk especially when we need offense. I have the sense Rondo is better(duh)

Can Steemer be as good as PJ
Can Pietrus be as good as Posey. Close is what I think
Bradley is better than House

we just lack depth is all

Not many people can limit Wade. I am more worried about the zebras being overly zelous with Bradley guarding him. Bradley is getting more respect from the refs but still has a ways to go
