There are two kinds of people: those who say to God, 'Thy will be done,' and those to whom God says, 'All right, then, have it your way.'

You don't have a soul. You are a Soul. You have a body.

C.S. Lewis

Hopefully his ankle holds up until the offseason.

Sounds like she's guessing. He is a game time call tonight after participating in pre-game team shoot around.

Good chance if it happens then that's a career ender at this stage in his career.  That may not be a terrible thing, better than him going to Miami next year

With that said...the article has zero definites in it so I'll take it with a grain of salt

I'm disappointed in Jackie. It's not like her to speculate at all. She usually spits nothing but hard facts, however clearly not the case here. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that she has some insider info.

Not really look at Chauncey looking to come back off a torn achilles

TP!  from bad news to good news!
Stay classy, San Diego. Hello, Baxter? Baxter, is that you? Bark twice if you're in Milwaukee. Is this Wilt Chamberlain? Have the decency to say something.

Well, she seems to speculate a lot concerning the Big 3. I've heard her repeatedly say that she thinks this is KG's last season because he had a sense of nostalgia during all-star weekend last year. She also repeatedly said that earlier in the year that she didn't think Pierce was healthy. Didn't she speculate about his achilles being the problem?

I think it is Pierce's heel, which I've heard from others too, but I've never heard it be his Achilles which would be very serious.  He's still effective, but his shooting percentages are down across the board and he wasn't right when he came back.  I don't know about KG retiring, especially since he's playing at a very high level at the 5, but some players like to leave before they have to.

I see no reason Ray can't return from ankle surgery.  He's a very driven personality too and he can make his 3-point record very difficult to top for many years if he does return.

I agree.  Ray is one of the fittest athletes in the NBA.  And while he's 36, it's not like he's 86.  His body is still capable of healing.

I see no way of the Bucks catching the C's. Just let Ray get well and then limit his minutes, as a bench player, for the rest of the season. I really like the development of Bradley as a starter (SG) and think he should remain there for the rest of the season.
