Cavs waived Ryan Hollins. The 70th ranked center in Hollinger's PER is now on the market.

i think that on a right system players can evolve to a better player, see brandon bass or even stiemer this season.

I've always wondered why Hollins isn't better than he is.  He's big, fairly athletic for his size, and seems to play hard (maybe that's only true in TV games, though).  But I doubt he'd hurt here anyway.  Sign him up!
