Garnett on Teague

Did anyone else notice Teague holding the ball instead of launching half court shots at the end of the 1st and 2nd quarter? He literally had at least 2 seconds to shoot the ball each time and would just wait for the buzzer to go off before taking the shot, it was so obvious that he wasn't taking the shot because he didn't want his shooting % to go down.

That's pretty selfish. Yea chances are they don't go in anyway, but a true team player launches from half court and tries to get his team 6 additional points .

Add that to his tech that gave away a point and lit a fire under Ray and the C's

And then with the game on the line he air balls a 3 to tie it and immediately starts to laugh about it ...

I learned all I need to know about Teague from last nights game and would never want to see him in a Celtics uniform that's for sure!

I remember the Chief would never heave one up from far away the buzzer.  Used to make me crazy. Parish would have had to take baseball toss shots, but he was always content to just let the clock expire.

Who is Teague? I do not understand some guys in the NBA, have not done anything yet and they believe stars.

Teague you have to do is respect a legend like Ray Allen.

Let me see if I understand this. It's ok for KG to disrespect "nobodies" like Hansbrough and Price and an assistant coach Conner but when another "nobody" like Teague disrespects KG and RA it's a whole other matter?! And this is because KG is a future hall of famer? Strange very strange! Seems to me Lester Conner should have kicked KG in the balls for being an incredible jerk!

I just think the whole thing with Teague's "posing" after his dunk on Ray was the clincher, here.

If he had just dunked it, and then proceeded down the court and THEN yelled or whatever AWAY from the ref, I'm sure there wouldn't have been a tech, and Ray probably wouldn't have become motivated and BOS would've probably lost.

BOS's still a prideful team. The Big Three realize that this may be their last time around...I'm sure they hear the "old" comments....when a young fella like Teague comes around and does what he did, that will motivate just about anyone, especially BOS.

Jeff Teague: If you read this, there are certain players/teams you just DON'T make mad:

Kobe, Bynum, BOS's Four, Dwight, MIA's Three, anyone from OKC, CHI, etc....

These guys will more than likely make your game life miserable. Don't give these guys/teams ANY more motivation than they already have.
