Not sure who it is; dont think it's Turiaf.

Leon Powe?  Greg Oden?  Has Okur been waived yet?

I always liked Gadzuric when he was healthy and playing for a contract.  I wouldn't mind picking him up at all.

He always seemed to play well vs. the Celtics, anyways.

Yep, one of the great Celtic killers.  More career points against the C's than any other team.  Per 36, he averaged about 15 & 12 with 2 blocks against us.

Always a phenomenal offensive rebounder, though not really good at anything else but jumping.

Greg Oden is the perfect FA to replace the role of JO. He can sit on the bench, sometimes travel with the team or stay away to work out, and call for team meetings to discuss why we keep losing.

Okur would be interesting, but he's got a pretty bad back that might keep him on the shelf.  Hasn't played since late January and he was pretty bad when he was playing.

I'd take Okur. Dude is a 3 point threat. Opens up the floor.

I heard he was out for the year. To be exact he was listed as "out indefinitely" with the Nets.

Oden is hurt, Okur is hurt. Out of the guys available I'd take Turiaf, Gadzuric (I guess), Johnson, Earl Barron? wondering why he isn't being mentioned, and I just saw on the forum David Harrison was being discussed?! I'd really like them to sign him. He's a beast. I say we need two healthy LEGIT bigs and Terrence Williams. Maybe T-Will is one of the ones we're "close" on?

the article specifically said Centers... which sounds a lot more like legit centers and not just big men who could possibly play the center position.

sounds a little reassuring.
Play to win.  Always.

Shaq needs to come out of retirement.  He owes us! >:(

I'll take Sheed too.

It canNOT be Okur - he is under contract with Portland, having just been traded there by New Jersey.

It also canNOT be Macklin, as he is under contract with Detroit.

I would guess Chris Johnson as one option, and who knows who the other is.  but the interesting part is who would have to be WAIVED in order to bring them in...  We have a full 15-man roster, so cuts would be forthcoming...  Daniels and J. O'Neal?
