Ray, KG, and Pierce all have a solid 2-3 seasons left in the tank. (assuming decrease in minutes, proper motivation)

Lets assume Danny goes into full rebuild mode for next season, decides to trade Pierce and not resign Ray/KG.

It is hard to think of the Big 3 playing on teams not named Boston. What I find even more disturbing is that they will not be playing together on the same team.

With that all said, my hope is that the Big 3 finish their careers playing together, what ever the team may be.

On what team (other than Boston) would you like to see the Big 3 playing together?

For me, I would like to see them play on the Clippers.

Insert Ray and Pierce at the 2 and 3. Bring KG off the bench as 6th man. And it would tear the City of Los Angeles apart  ;D

There's no other team I would want to see them on. Either on the bench for cheap or the retirement home.

Why on earth would you want to see them on the Clippers? As long as Sterling is associated with that team I hope they suffer

Not every hypothetical question has to be assesed to the point of ownership.

I was thinking more along the lines of how the Big 3 would be complementary pieces to put a team over the top. Plus, the would be in the West so it would be a little more bearable.

agree with OP.  If a big 3 transplant were possible,
they should be inserted onto the Clippers.

Big 3 plus Griffin, Jordan and Paul.  That gets it done and twists Laker fans
into knots.

I would absolutely prefer them to go to the Suns and help Steve Nash get a ring. And I can't disassociate the Clippers from their owner.

the Suns or the Spurs, those are the only 2 teams I would like to see them end up on

Orlando sounds good to me....maybe it's cause I've been picturing Howard playing for us for the past year or so.

It would be fun to watch a Howard/KG frontline and I think KG would do a lot of good for Howard

It's pretty funny thinking about replacing members of the big 3 with starters on other teams. You can absolutely make the argument that they are still top 5 in the league at their positions TODAY

That'd be a tough sell. I don't view any of the Big 3 as top 5 in the league in their position - probably top 10 though.
2023 Historical Draft: Toronto Raptors

Point Guard: Anfernee Hardaway, Fat Lever, Terrell Brandon
Shooting Guard: Paul Westphal, Paul Pressey
Small Forward: Marques Johnson, Danny Granger
Power Forward: Jermaine O'Neal, Bobby Jones, Kiki Vandeweghe
Center: Marc Gasol, Serge Ibaka

Chicago.  No doubt, those three with Rose and Miami doesn't have a chance
