Reports are he's being waived to make room for Wilson Chandler. Obviously the Heat will be in on this, can/should we get him?

He's a lousy rebounder, but he plays hard with good defense, blocks, steals and has good size. Doesn't take dumb shots and can pass a little. Coming back from a broken hand, but the "rest" of him should be fresh as a result. Beats the heck out of D-League scraps???

I'd bring him on if I were GM and he were available.

According to Bill Ingram from Hoops World in a chat earlier today he claims Turiaf is coming here...

C's could do a lot worse. But I watched a lot of Knicks games last season. Turiaf makes JO look durable.

Yes because we believe as a 7th or 8th seed we are only a waived or bought out player from competing for the championship....

Ronny Turiaf went to Gonzaga University, and I have been a life long diehard Gonzaga fan.

In college, Turiaf was an athletic, scoring PF, where as now he seems to be a defensive Center. Odd how he changed his body/game as much as he did.

That being said, he's not a very good rebounder, however, he will benefit a great deal playing wtih the Big 4. Unselfish players who are all very good passers, I think Turiaf would benefit a ton from playing in Boston.

not so sure, greg shows good rebounding for his minutes, has that quick release jumper and obviously blocks shots, he's starting to look good and comfortable

turiaf good tough buy, I see more as 3rd string center who can also take some pf minutes for us
as long as he boxes out!  I don't care if he average 1 rebound a game as long as his man is TURIAFFED and can get the rebound
