Stiemsma is giving great minutes. He just needs to do what he's good at, and not try to do much with his passes and dribbling.

Doc would prefer to play small ball with Dooling, than give JJJ 3 minutes.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

No wonder people wanted Rondo traded, the guy plays good once every 10 games.
