I would wait until after the waiver wire deadline to make sure he can't play in the playoffs, kick him in the nuts, and then buy him out. What a jerk!

Well, he's not going to give up money in a buy-out if you wait that long.

I'm laughing because people seemed to think JO was completely useless and would happily give him away for nothing, yet think he could be useful for the Heat.

Worst signing ever. Please find a way to get this jerk out of Boston tomorrow. Besides, it seems Danny doesn't think they need a center anyway since he made no moves. JO has taken the word jerk to a new level.

How hard did Danny really try? Honestly, I just think he knows an average big man won't win this team anything, so why bother? First or second round out this year, lottery next and then who knows from there.

I don't get it. O'Neal can't play in Boston (for which reason again), but he can help the Heat? Is he basically saying he doesn't want to play for us anymore? Is that why he doesn't suit up?

Or, perhaps the rumor that he wants to play for Miami is false.

vinnie - you and i seem to always think alike. i think you are right on the money - show some patience like Red did and let's get who we want, not just who's available.
