Yup, I would honestly consider trading them straight up, because JJ would have more future with the team...but then again, the Magic are desperate right now, so you gotta hold out for more.

Yeah, that actually might be a bad deal for Orlando.  Redick's probably a better dribble drive guy than Ray at this point.

Financially, there would need to be more added though.  Ray would have to waive his kicker and the Magic would have to add something like Orton and Harper (or stick us with one of their ugly little contracts like Duhon or Q-Rich.

I'd love that but it doesn't work under the salary cap. If no other team was involved it would have to be Mayo + Arthur and a small salary.

For the Magic it would have to be JJ Reddick + Orton and a small salary
