According to his Puerto Rican league team page, Powe has an "opportunity" to play in the NBA:

Before people get excited, Emiliano Carchia of Sportando says Powe is injured and out of shape, and that the talk of the NBA is simply an excuse to leave the PR league.

I thought Leon was shot when he left here.  He is a warrior but there is only so much a knee can take.

Sad if true about his health. I always liked powe's hustle and determination.

I hope he invested well the $3,688,078 he earned in the nba.
