No we can't resign him for a full year after we Amnesty him.

Player is off-limits to his original team for the full extent of his contract.I think it's in one of these, but can't remember:http://www.grantland.com/story/_/id/7303114/everything-ever-want-know-new-nba-labor-dealhttp://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/page/CBA-111128/how-new-nba-deal-compares-last-one
Here it is (last bullet point):http://espn.go.com/blog/truehoop/post/_/id/33976/what-we-know-about-the-amnesty-provisionWhile written before the full details of amnesty were released, I believe this is consistent with the letter of the provision.
•While this has also not been confirmed by the league, it is likely that teams will not be allowed to re-sign or re-acquire (for example, through a trade) their amnestied player for the length of his amnestied contract. For example, if the Magic, as expected, use their amnesty on Gilbert Arenas – with three years left on his contract – he can’t play for the Magic again for three seasons. This rule also existed in the 2005 amnesty provision.

It's probably true though, given it was this way in the last CBA.TP for the effort though.
* A team can use amnesty one time and one time only.* Amnesty is available before each season. If they used it in a prior season, they can’t use it again.* Amnesty can only be used for players who were with the team on 12/9. If they sign a new contract or were traded, they can’t be amnestied.* The team waives the player. They still have to pay his salary, but he comes off their cap and tax.* The team that waives the player cannot re-sign or re-acquire the player for the length of his contract.* Teams under the cap can claim the player before he clears waivers with a partial bid.* The team with the highest partial bid gets to keep the player.* The winning team has to pay the player’s salary according to their bid.* The team that waives the player gets to reduce what they owe the player by the amount of the winning team’s bid.
