I think this is a pretty good trade for Golden State.

I like this for both teams.  Bogut needs a fresh start, and that balances Golden State's core a bit, and that is some nice young talent for Milwaukee to rebuild with.

And so it begins...

Random trade out of thin air that no one guessed would happen. I have a feeling this is how most deals will go.

Jennings and Ellis in the same backcourt doesnt look good. I think the Warriors got the better deal but we shall see.
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

I don't think Jennings is going to be there long.

There has been speculation about this trade (Bogut for Ellis or Curry) for days now.

I think that taking the gamble on Bogut's health is worth the risk. His injuries have always been the product of one-off events. If he stays healthy, I like the Curry/Bogut duo to build around. Plus it should give them a better draft pick this year.

Jackson playing for the Warriors again? I like where this is going.

Can't we just bring Gerald Green back?

Yeah? I haven't heard a thing about this...maybe I was paying too much attention to Celtics, Lakers, Orlando, Nets trade rumors lol

If Bogut stays healthy the rest of his contract (this year non withstanding) this becomes a massive steal for the Warriors. This is why the Bucks always suck year after year.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Love it for Golden State as long as S-jax gets his head right. If he doesn't or continues to cry for an extension while shooting 30% from the field, Golden state would be better served buying him out and giving all those minutes to Thompson.

Wish they would've held on to Udoh though. Udoh/Bogut wouldve been a heck of a tandem.

I thought GS was high on Udoh. Surprising that he was included...I guess they really wanted to unload Monta.

If Bogut stays healthy and they add a decent wing in the draft, they might have something.

Isn't Monta/Jennings similar to Monta/Curry?

Like the trade for GS for getting an all-star big in Bogut. Better balance for the team.

As for the Bucks, must be tough to be a fan of theirs.
