Two things really jump out at me from the player rankings. 

First, Dooling sucks.  I have seen this with my eyes and it is confirmed by the stats.  He should not be on this team anymore.

Second.  Bass and Pietrus are invaluable to this team right now.

I do find it interesting that the best two combos for the Celtics are ranked right next to each other in the +/- rankings.

Playing him in garbage time kind of offsets his glory days as a starting PG.
