Don't know if you fellas noticed or watched the interview but comming back from a commercial break sometime during the first half Craig Sager interviews Melo; and the first question was regarding Lin and the impact on the Knicks in the second half of the season.  Melo answered as polite as he could, but you could tell he didn't like being asked about Lin in the middle of an All-Star game.

I am pulling for Lin and wish him the best, but sometimes the Media takes things to an unhealthy level, and judging by Melo's body language, this wasn't the time or the place to ask about Lin.

I am siding with Melo on this one.

...just saying.

I like how Sager discreetly pulled down the towel that Anthony had covering his face.

How dare Sager ask about the snitchster's current team?

If I wanted to win a championship I'd sooner have Fab Melo on my team than the snitchster.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
Craig Sager sucks.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

Craig Sager isn't bad, his outfits are pretty much the stuff of legend.

I saw this live also and immediately felt awkward for both people.

Oh yeah,  ,   it was an abrupt moment form Mello, caught him off guard no doubt I noticed it too.

I'll agree it was not a friendly AlL Star game question , supppose to be a fun easly going affair.

Put it this way, the subject was brought up at the "WRONG" time .

But that said ...I give credit for Sager for asking the tuff /personal questions fan want to know.

The coach is obviously scared to critize Mellos game , which need to change if he want to truely help his team and not just be a scoring showoff.

Maybe it was a wake up call , a bucket of cold water over MEllo's (thick skull) is what he needed.

Wrong place , good subject.
